Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Triponix Travel and Tourism L.L.C., we aim to make every booking process transparent, fair and straightforward. While we always try to provide maximum flexibility for our guests, cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of service, supplier requirements and operational commitments.

For most tours, activities and airport transfers, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. However, certain experiences require advance operational planning and may be subject to 48 or 72-hour cancellation policies. The applicable cancellation deadline is always displayed on the individual product page before your reservation is confirmed.

Theme parks, attraction tickets, event tickets and other time-specific admission products are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once a reservation has been completed, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

For Dubai visa services, processing begins shortly after an application is submitted. As government processing fees and operational costs are incurred immediately, visa application fees are generally non-refundable once the application has entered the processing stage, regardless of the final decision.

If your booking qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider or card issuer.

If you wish to modify your reservation instead of cancelling it, our team will make every reasonable effort to assist you, subject to availability and supplier approval.

Cancellation requests must always be submitted through our official communication channels in writing. Verbal requests cannot be treated as final until confirmed by our customer support team.

Triponix Travel and Tourism L.L.C. reserves the right to amend this policy whenever necessary to comply with legal, operational or supplier requirements. The latest version published on our website shall always prevail.
